California Online supports branch members to increase their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). An emphasis is on increasing DEI awareness, engagement of branch members in DEI activities, and connecting with other organizations that promote DEI.
The next sessions for 2024 are on January 15th and March 18th. The January meeting will be attempting to rename prejudicial/discriminating words that continue to creep into our unconscious bias conversations. The March 18th session will feature a special guest speaker.
