BOOK GROUP

We meet on the 4th Monday of the month at 7:00 pm via Zoom to discuss books that have been voted upon by our members. Various members lead the discussions.

Every 3-4 months I call for nominations of books for the group to read and then prepare a ballot. After a designated voting period, the winning books are assigned to upcoming months. The results are sent out to members and posted on the branch website calendar. We like this method as it allows plenty of time to get the books and read them.

Upcoming Book Group selection discussions:

April 22, 2024 7 pm: The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store by James McBride
We apologize for scheduling our meeting on the first night of Passover. It was an oversight we regret and will make every effort not to repeat.
May 27, 2024 7 pm:  The Personal Librarian by Marie Benedict and Victoria Christopher Murray
June 24, 2024 7 pm:  West With Giraffes by Lynda Rutledge

These questions might help with our discussions.
